CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Very good knowledge of English
• University of Polytechnics or Economical Academy;
• 1 year work experience in a similar position (enterprise NOC experience);
• Strong telecommunication knowledge (focused on VoIP technology);
• Analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities;
• Strong personality with excellent communication, preferably with Customer Service background;
• Loyal, trustworthy and hard working.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Installs, maintains and repairs all telecommunication systems within the network;
• Inspects and checks equipment to locate problems or potential problems or causes of failure and makes necessary repairs and adjustments;
• Capable of opening trouble tickets regarding equipment that is a part of Nobel's network worldwide or carrier issues and capable of troubleshooting on all internal switching trouble tickets and insure that they are looked at according to their priority
• Identifies and resolves problems and restores services to the user in a timely and efficient manner with minimum disruption to the user;
• Provides data and feedback to internal and external customers in a timely manner and according to established guidelines;
• Work together with the other departments in Romania and US to achieve the switching departments goals
• Be able to work by her/himself on shifts, with no direct supervision and assistance;
