ROUTING OPERATOR

- University of Polytechnics or Economical Academy, student or graduate
- Basic telecommunication knowledge would represent an advantage
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities;
- Strong personality with excellent communication skills;
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial and creative;
- Loyal, trustworthy and hard working

- Periodically monitor the routes to different destinations Nobel offers
- Equipments monitoring
- Changing the routes that perform poorly
- Troubleshoot the issues reported by the Nobel customers/other companies
- Follow up on the reported issues with/by other companies
- Maintain the costs on the routes as low as possible without affecting the quality
- Collaborate with the Switching/Software teams when new equipments/concepts are introduced in our network/interfaces
- Provide activity reports to superiors
