Junior Legal Adviser

1. Law University graduate or student in the final year;
2. At least 6 months relevant previous experience in the legal and/or real estate field;
3. Good knowledge of Civil and Commercial law; real estate legislation and procedures knowledge it’s a plus;
4. Excellent English both written and spoken;
5. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
6. Problem-solving attitude;
7. Negotiation skills;
8. Initiative and proactively;
9. Good communication and organizational skills;
10. Very well organized, capable to meet the deadlines;
11. Clean and valid driver's licence (B category)

1. Represents the company’s interests in its relations with third parties, authorities and public institutions; (City Hall, Register of Commerce, Attorneys, Public Notary, etc);
2. Drafts and revises contracts the Company gets in locally;
3. Legal monitoring of the Company’s activity;
4. Accomplishes any legal task, based on the requests of the Company’s Management, in accordance with the job description and with the provisions of the Company’s Procedures;
5. Collaborates with all the departments in the Company in order to improve the business;
6. Ensures timely and precisely delivery of work;
7. Applies the legal requirements in the Company day-to-day activity.
