Junior Accountant

• 2-3 years experience in financial field
• Basic US GAAP knowledge
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• PC literate

• Assists Senior Accountant in follow-up the financial and accounting programs , tactics and procedures
• Provides the primary reports and collection of the customers
• Daily cash reconciliations for bank accounts
• Reviews and analyze daily cash movements
• Set up payments into the bank system
• Oversees Lockbox deposits
• Manages PO processing
• Prepares and record corporate credit card statements
• Payment and Credit Memo applications
• Fixed assets transactions and depreciation
• Reconcile cash sub-ledger and AP sub-ledger to general ledger
• Accrues AP and corporate credit card expenses
• Records and reconcile Prepaid Expenses and Accrued Liabilities
• Reconciles and analyze other balance sheet accounts and expense accounts
• Affiliate Accounting (uploads from TM, payments, reconciliations)
• Assists in annual audit
