FINANCIAL LEADER

• Min 5-7 years of experience in financial management
• Expertise in US GAAP and RAS
• Expertise in local and corporate taxation
• Economic university degree
• Proficiency in MS office Suite, especially MS Excel; basic knowledge of Access will be an asset
• English fluent

• Provides strategic and operational direction to the company’s finance department
• Coordinates the reporting process toward to Mother company including the eliminations and consolidation of the Financial statements
• Coordinates timely and accurate filing, calculation, submission and payment of all tax returns toward state, local budget and other fiscal authorities; coordinates the statutory books as per Romanian law
• Responsible for the auditing process and prepare the audit package for the auditors
• Understand the billing function in interconnection with finance function
• Provide ad-hoc management reports
• Able to coach his/ her team of their personality development
• Professional and management trainings, coaching sessions for finance department
• Set up and evaluate monthly goals for his/her team
