• Partner Carrier Settlement Monitoring and Analyses
• Processing, Reviewing and Forecasting Local Partners Funding Requests
• Reviewing Reconciliations and Offering Assistance where Needed In the Way of Company Sub-Ledger Activities
• Preparation and Analysis of Month-End Company Revenue Cost of Sales and Foreign Direct Expense Accruals.
• Month-End Company Revenue through Accounts Receivables Detail Reconciliation
• Performing month-end analysis of Company consolidated cost of sales
• Responsible for Capital expenditure allocation by business unit
• Prepare the Company Cash Flow Forecasts and analyze the cash flow month end results vs. forecast
• Coordinating the daily approval, ERP entries and payment processing associated with Local Partners Funding Requests
• Involved in designing and implementing methods for tracking and forecasting local partners direct costs and expenditures
• Involved in monthly reconciliation of all inbound and outbound minutes billed by and to Company
• Involved in designing and implementing methods for tracking and controlling fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates as they relate to and impact variable cost of sale
• Involved in designing and implementing methods for tracking and controlling company direct overhead expenditures including equipment and infrastructure build-out disbursements.
