ACCOUNTANT

• Experience in financial field: 2-3 years
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Finance & Accounting or a closely related field
• Knowledge of US GAAP a plus
• Very good Knowledge of accounts payable and general ledger accounting/functions
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral (fluency is a must)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
• Problem Solving skills
• Integrity, accountability
• Good self organization

Accounts payable, booking and treasury activity for all companies of Nobel group.

• Banking
o Daily cash reconciliations for bank accounts
o Review and analyze daily cash movements
o Communication with the international banks

• Accounts payable payment
o Set up templates and payments into the bank system
o Checking Aged AP
o Update the Payment Register
o Create checks
o Communication with suppliers and Nobel Departments related to payments information
o Book payments into accounting system

• Accounts payable booking
o Manage PO processing
o Book AP and expense reports for Nobel companies


• Fixed assets
o Manage the fixed assets evidence into the specialized software
o book transactions and depreciation into the accounting system
o book transaction and depreciation into Solomon

• Others
o Various other month end tasks as needed
o Assist in annual audit
