CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Firm understanding of Internet technologies, such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, XML, SSL.

Experience in managing the back-end, conversions and updates of XML Db in a relatively short period of time.
Qualifications in ASP.NET (Web Forms with VB.NET), OOP, three-tier model and SQL Server with Exchange Server Knowledge.

Strong ADO .NET and database experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, indexes, triggers, views and T-SQL.

Background in HTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript/VBScript., XSLT / XPath / XQuery.

Experience in developing full life cycle web/database applications.

At least 1 year of experience in using Web Services (SOAP/XML), PHP/MySQL, Microsoft Access.
Flexibility, creativity and a team-oriented.
