| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate is a C++ expert who has Windows Server knowledge and wishes to expand into Longhorn.
In addition to world-class Windows, systems level, and C++ skills, the following would be an advantage:
• Java, especially development of large-scale Java server applications;
• Windows Application Programming (.NET).
• Application/System/Network Monitoring (WMI/SNMP);
• Windows Network programming;
• Windows Kernel mode programming;
