CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualifications:
- fluent in English
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email nad Internet.
- experience in office-related jobs
- advantage: good knowledge of French / German / Scandinavian or Slavic languages
Personal assets:
- target-focused and independent, able to set own daily schedule
- very good communication and negotiation skills
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Other: You need to have a passport and no traveling restriction outside Romania.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Personnel Responsible
- your main responsibility will be to actively search for new employees for our company. In the long run we are looking for at least three new employees.
- administrate the job adds on different job-sites
- The selection of the most appropriate, relevant CVs
- review the applications, check references, language knowledge, etc. for those candidates that would be suitable for the job
- keep the candidates informed about the company and the services we offer, so they can get a better picture of the job they will apply for.
OBS: the final decision regarding the employment is to be taken by the owner/manager.
Quality Responsible
- our main service is to place Aupairs to host families all over Europe (visit www.alc.cx for more detailed information).
- Part of your job will be to call both families and Aupairs after the placement and make sure everything is all right.
- You will need to make notes about the status of the case and inform the management about problems.
- You will make sure both the family and the aupair are happy with our services and note if they have any complains regarding the way their case has been treated
OBS. This part of the business is made today by person that took care of the placement.
Internet Marketing Responsible
- the Aupair and Cultural Exchange business is mostly an Internet-based activity, that is why our image on Internet is very important
- you will make sure ALC’s website is registered on relevant portals and directories, job-sites and other locations visited by young people.
- find cost effective methods of promoting the web-site and ALC services
- you will be in charge with the maintenance of ALC’s own web page: update information, offers from host families, study opportunities, etc.
