· University degree in Food Processing/ Food Chemistry/ Bio-chemistry
· Extensive knowledge of the Romanian legislation in the respective area
· English proficiency
· PC literate
· Strategic thinking
· Very organised person
· Very good communication skills
· Team player

· Establishes and permanently up-dates a database including all legal provisions and regulations concerning company’s manufacturing and trading activities
· Reports periodically or whenever necessary, on the trends for/or potential changes in the existing legislation, co-operates with the implicated departments in assessing their impact on the business and the actions to be taken to avoid negative outcomes
· Represents the company in the technical and regulatory bodies of the central and local institutions, industrial or professional associations whom the company is or may be associated
· Co-operate with the Company’s functional departments for the avoidance of any conflicting position between the existing or foreseeable regulatory framework and the company’s new entries and product innovation strategies and plans
· Translates and verifies product specifications, ingredients use and labels
· Checks full labels in order to comply with legal and internal requirements
· Checks and makes sure that the claims used are in full compliance with the legislation
· Actively involve in the Product Recall Procedure
