RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
Check data for completeness, correctness and uniqueness prior to entry into systems.
Collect all support documents.
Transmit purchase orders to external vendors / internal customers.
Monitor timely confirmation of purchase orders.
Generate and collect appropriate SAP.
Keeps KPI’ s related to data errors, timeliness.
