| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
· Graduate Bachelor of Business or MBA
· 2-3 years Brand Manager experience in FMCG, ideally food
· Extensive knowledge of use of marketing tools for Brand building activities (promotion, communication, packaging, marketing research)
· English proficiency
· Strategic thinking

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
· To set Brand strategy and implement the Brand plan for a defined Brand
· To build and maintain Brand equity
· To develop in depth Brand and consumer/shopper knowledge and insight and actively feed it to other functions
· Monitor Brand business performance
· Identification & management of renovation projects for the Brand
· Developing & executing Brand promotional strategy in line with Category strategy , including promotional activity guidelines to Sales and Trade marketing
· Development and management of all national consumer promotions, including all pre & post evaluation and the application of these results into future Brand plans
· Development of the point of purchase strategy for the Category - sign off all artwork and print process associated with the Brand, including those developed by other functions
· Ensuring consistency of Branding, initiate consumer promotions, guardian of Brand portfolio across channels & categories
· Actively communicate with all departments when relevant
