CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Degree in Economics
Romanian economical and financial legislation
Experience of 1-3 years in a similar position
IAS accounting system
Communication & interpersonal skills
Analytical mind
Results oriented
PC skills (MS-Excel, Word, Access)
Ability to prioritise
Able to cooperate with various departments |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Bookkeeping entries and payables
Checking all documents related to a payable invoice (purchase order, contracts, receiving notes, etc.)
File payment invoices
Maintain other financial records and accounting data
Cost of goods calculation
Revaluation of external suppliers at the end of each month
Booking accruals, provisions for the closing purpose
Reconcile the balance with all suppliers
Finalise the monthly booking in first four working days of the following month
Ensure permanent accurate data
Respect policies and procedures
Assists accountants as required |
