CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Degree in Economics;
Romanian economical and financial legislation;
Experience of 1 year in a similar position;
Analytical mind;
Results oriented;
PC skills (MS-Excel, Word, Access);
SAP system knowledges;
Fluent in English;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Checking all documents related to a payable; invoice (purchase order, contracts, receiving notes, etc.);
Processing invoices and documents;
Booking accruals, provisions for the closing purpose;
Invoice Release;
Process payments;
Reconcile the balance with all suppliers;
Reporting for accounts payable accounting; |
