CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Romanian Sports betting & gaming market and will speak Romanian and English fluently.

BS or BA in Marketing or related field required.

Experience
• 2 - 5 years experience in consumer based offline marketing.
• An assertive, effective, communicator with an ability to identify the most critical opportunities.
• An excellent multi-tasker, extremely detail oriented and able to thrive in an environment characterized by growth and change.
• Must be energetic, collaborative and solution-oriented.
• Experience working at an advertising agency a plus.
• Excellent communication and project execution skills.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Strong understanding and experience of ATL and BTL marketing is required.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with local Advertising and Design agency suppliers and Media outlets.
• Awareness of the impact of legal frameworks when developing marketing strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills - ability to influence & inspire others and to work effectively in a multi-national team.
• Ensure coordination of marketing activities within the marketing team.
• Oversee centralized design resources
• Track the performance and success metrics of internal and external marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that we deliver the right messages to our targeted customers
• Provide assistance in the translation of the website and associated marketing material.
