RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Descrierea postului:
Create and upload journals in Oracle using ADI
Run re measurement and revaluation
Import volume accounting journals
Run roll-ups
Submit to MARS
Run queries in Discoverer
Assist with the implementation of ARRTT (Account reconciliation reporting & tracking tool)
Prepare monthly flat file/interface file for ARRTT
Review the user list in ARRTT and update if required
Review risk category and frequency of reconciliations
Check and assign all unassigned accounts
Check dormant or inactive accounts
Check any new reconciliations that were created during a non-quarter end month
Cerinte:
Strong IT skills ( Excel, Access, Oracle would be a plus)
Accounting background - within 2 years
English is a must, at a fluent level
Experience in a large multinational company in the retail financial services sector is a plus
Good analytical skills
Creative / problem solver
Good project management skills
