Financial Controller

• University degree in economics
• Excellent understanding of business and its application in finance
• Relevant experience in controlling area, preferably with a multinational company
• Strong analytical and communication skills, result orientation
• Experience with Financial Systems (SAP, Data Warehouse)
• Advanced knowledge of English language

• Support the mission and strategy of the company through planning and reporting
• Controlling the key performance indicators
• Drafting and coordinating project and investment requests
• Consulting and training of other departments on controlling issues

METRO Cash & Carry Romania is the market leader in Wholesale Business and opened its first wholesale store in Romania in October 1996. In the following decade, the company concentrated on expanding the sales network, which developed at record speed. In this tenth anniversary year, wholesale customers in the capital city have the choice between four METRO Cash & Carry stores. A total of 24 stores are now available across the country in the following counties: Bucharest, Brasov, Constanta, Timisoara, Cluj, Bacau, Craiova, Baia Mare, Iasi, Suceava, Galati, Ploiesti, Oradea, Sibiu, Targu Mures, Pitesti, Arad and Deva, with a total selling space of over 168,000 sqm and a number of 17.500 products on its shelves.
