Retail Consultant Sales

Knowledge requested:
- Degree in business management or equivalent qualification (college, etc.)
- Fluent in English; if possible also German
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Driving license
Experience requested:
- Alternatively, experience as sales manager or business manager of a Mercedes-Benz (preferred) or other dealership in addition to operational sales experience

Experience in leadership (if possible)
- Knowledge of retail process- and systems landscape
- Competence requested (abilities and behavior):
- Very mobil and flexible
- Analytical and conceptual skills, methodological skills (consulting skills preferred)
- Confident communicator, innovative system-thinker
- Empathetic and customer-oriented enabler.

Responsibilities:
- Retail Consulting
- Enhancement of retail consulting concept, approach and tools
- Establishment of information exchange with field force
- Establishment of best practice exchange
- Participation in cross-departmental projects
- Conduct of follow up activities to ensure timely, comprehensive implementation of recommendations as well as measurement of achievement of consulting targets
