CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Knowledge requested:
• Higher university degree, preferably MA in Business/Economics or MBA, Law or comparable
• Excellent command of English language
• Computer skills
• Driving license, category B

Experience requested:
• Managerial experience in a corporate organization with relevant exposure and business background
• Proven track record of success in previous assignment(s)
• Sales & Marketing background
• Knowledge of automotive business in wholesale and/or retail is considered to be plus
Competence requested (abilities and behaviors):
• Good communication skills, balanced personality, interpersonal abilities and emotional intelligence
• Presentation, discussion and negotiation skills, balanced and self assured personality with the ability to represent business and company
• Strong analytical skills, ability to develop alternatives, dialectic thinking, problem solving skills, experience in decision taking and knowledge of project management
• Result driven and solution oriented, capable of working independently and self motivated
• Open for change and learning experiences, willingness to travel
Additional remarks:
• The remuneration package includes a competitive fixed salary that reflects the scope of the assignment and the managerial responsibilities, annual bonus based on performance, additional social benefits and a company car also for private use
• The position is not suitable for applicants with purely administrative background or for job starters
• The function will allow the future employee to gain a broad understanding on the sales- and management related issues of the complete operation and shall also qualify for future management functions within divisions, crossfunctions or the international brand network

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsibilities:
• Support the CEO in coordination of divisional issues with inter-divisional impact, coordination of cross-functional issues, communication with shareholders, preparation, support and follow-up for ongoing decision cases
• Liaison with VIP customers, dealing with customer requests and complaints on top level, support in serving the international diplomatic and business community
• Management and coordination of the companies Board of Management, Administrator Meetings, Retail Commission and Marketing Council. Preparation of CEO participation in external boards including preparation, partially participation and documentation
• Coordination and support of CEO issues with dealer principals and their top management, complaint management and resolution of issues
• Coordination and laision with public organizations and the political scene, external relations, contact point for suppliers and bodybuilders and industrial cooperation on management level, contact point for other affiliated companies of the group and their management, exchange of information, evaluation of proposal, resolution of issues
• Support of CEO in Corporate Representation function, represent CEO and company in external and internal meetings and workgroups, support in organizing and maintaining high ranking contacts with external stakeholders, government and public
• Initiation and coordination of special projects (organizational, sales and marketing, representation etc.) for CEO including project management and result responsibility
