• Atestat Inspector resurse umane;
• Cunostinte de operare PC si limba engleza ;
• Capacitatea de a scrie si a a vorbi bine ( coerenta, concizie, putere de expresie, putere descriptiva)
• Capacitatea de a lucra cu personalitati dificile si de a anticipa reactiile;
• Capacitatea de a intocmi planuri si de a le indeplini;
• Capacitatea de a stabili corect prioritatile;
• Capacitatea de a disemina informatia si de a o interpreta.
• Personalitate sociabila si comunicativa, integra, organizata, orientata catre rezolvarea conflictelor.

Gestioneaza raporturile de munca din perspectiva legislatiei muncii ( intocmeste toate documentele necesare, completeaza RGES si carnetele de munca), se informeaza permanent cu privire la legile generale si specifice legate de personal si informeaza toate departamentele companiei cu privire la reglementarile in vigoare, implementeaza procedurile de resurse umane si aplica prevederile actelor statutare referitoare la personal – RI, ROF, CCM; reprezinta compania in raporturile cu institutiile statului ( ITM, Casa de Pensii, AMOFM, DGMSS, MMSSF). Analizeaza, raporteaza si supravegheaza calculul salariilor si a celorlalte beneficii acordate angajatilor, pastrand confidentialitatea asupra datelor cu care lucreaza.
Participa la evaluarea angajatilor, la modificarea fiselor de post si la imbunatatirea work-flow-ului.
