CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Profile of the ideal candidate:
• Education at university level (IT related is preferred)
• 1-2 years of IT (Oracle) experience in business / production environment
• Very good English is a must
• Experience in project management is a big plus but not needed
• Very good expression skills, verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Willing to built a business; no 9-5 mentality

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Purpose of the job:
You will assist all users in the product line and staff to use the Oracle ERP system in the most effective way. Also you will assist in developing reporting methods by using the Oracle ERP suite. You will help the IT manager optimize the use of IT in the company.
• Contribute in day to day support for production ands business processes
• Maintain overall process knowledge of various business systems
• Timely completion of mandated changes
• Train end users of the Oracle business suite
• Support the IT manager where needed
• Analyze, develop, set up, test various reporting systems / methods
• Ad hoc projects and advice
The position will be based in Medias Romania. You report to the IT manager

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Medias Industries Inc, located in Medias, Romania, is part of Oshkosh Truck Corporation, a worldwide leading manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies.
The manufacturing facility produces the refuse trucks of Geesink Norba Group, the Kiggen refuse containers and does pre assembly activities (e.g. boom welding) for the JLG telehandlers. At this moment more than 150 team members are working on site.
Medias is investing in this facility and therefore due to expansion we are looking for a qulified candidates.
