| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Profile of the ideal candidate:
Education in mechanical engineering
4 years of CNC machining experience, 3D milling and turning
Good English is a must
Knowledge Mazak / Fanuc / Siemens is strongly preferred
Able to work on debugging and repairs is important
Ability to work independently
Team player, pro active and no 9-5 mentality

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Purpose of the job:
Through process improvements in all areas you reduce the rooting of the unit. This means you improve working conditions. You evaluate plant tooling and CNC requirements and improve overall programs. You take care of safety and programming.
You program and take care of all CNC tooling / machines
Fine tune and modify tools in order to improve poor performance
Adapt tooling use to design / production change
Communicate with tooling suppliers
Prepare reports on tooling and fixture making operations
Analyze problems on machines and find solutions, set up PARs
The position will be based in Medias Romania. You report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Medias Industries Inc, located in Medias, Romania, is part of Oshkosh Corporation / JLG, a worldwide leading manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies.
The manufacturing facility produces the refuse trucks of Geesink Norba Group, the Kiggen refuse containers and does pre assembly activities (e.g. boom welding) for the JLG telehandlers. At this moment more than 150 team members are working on site.
Medias is investing in this facility and therefore due to expansion we are looking for a qulificate person.
