CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Good relevant experience gained in sales management of financial services environment (advantage insurance).
- Very good English knowledge
- Clean driver’s license
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- High level of energy, ambition and commitment

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Maintaining good relationships with the senior sales management and co-operating with them to develop insurance sales through the network of branches
- Building a productive network of broker connections throughout Romania
- Managing a small team of specialist account executives for broker sales
- Participating in projects to develop other channels of distribution
