| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
legal academic background;
relevant experience;
previous managerial experience would be a plus;
very good English skills;
knowledge of the Romanian legal system and also the international legal rules and regulations
good knowledge and understanding of the insurance products, services and business, etc

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Manage the departmental activities in compliance with Romanian legal framework and internal policies and procedures
Represent the company in the relation with third parties – auditors, external counsels and firms, regulatory bodies, state authorities
Defining Legal and Compliance strategy, policy and procedures
Will represent the company in front of authorities in all legal matters
Responsibility to ensure that relevant business areas conduct their business in compliance with all applicable internal policies and procedures, laws, rules, regulations and codes of practice
