CANDIDATUL IDEAL: - Enthusiastic and self-motivated;
- Fluent English speaker. Ability to speak Italian or Spanish will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills: enjoys speaking daily with clients directly by phone/email/IM;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
- Ability to prioritize and manage several client requests simultaneously;
- Technical skills: Familiarity and understanding of Web based software, good knowledge with web-hosting technologies: CentOS, cPanel, WHMCS. Professional background within a web-hosting company will be considered a major plus;
- Enthusiastic about new Internet technologies and their development;
- Able to submit innovative proposals that would improve the services we offer to our clients;
- Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills;
- Recent experience in client/customer services is a plus.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Client support:
- Learning and understanding how our technology platform is used by our clients;
- Technical and user support for our external and internal client base (via email, telephone, LiveChat software, ticketing software, IM);
- Ensuring that our Service Level Agreement commitment to clients is adhered to – reporting of updates and issues in a timely manner.
Managing services for clients:
- Client services provisioning – accept orders, verify them, create client accounts, deploying dedicated servers and VPSes, buying domain names;
- Help them update their panels and launch their projects in the requested timelines;
- Managing the clients pay flow – track due invoices, send invoice reminders to clients, apply client retention procedures when needed.
Additional in-house tasks:
- Participation to the deployment of Beta versions by testing all features before starting to be used by clients;
- Internal clients assistance when needed.
