CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The role of RO Designer at liveBooks involves working with the US designers to create client layouts and design. Layout files will be made using industry standard software, primarily Adobe Photoshop, and then sent to our production team for installation. Designers will report directly to the Design Manager and will be responsible for following the instruction and direction provided by the US designer in charge of the specific project being completed.
RO Designers should seek to be aware of current graphic design trends and be able to cite pertinent influences and sources of inspiration and actively participate in the creative process with the corresponding US designer to collectively create a design that fits the needs of the client.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Summary of responsibilities
Communicate with US Designers regarding each projects design direction
Follow/Interpret the design preferences and apply them to the existing parameters of liveBooks code
Maintain an acceptable level of output as determined by the Design Manager
Use Salesforce.com to document the progress of each client project and send orders for installation to the install team
Stay up to date on current design trends and techniques
Availability to work nights
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of design experience
Proficiency in latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Flash experience is a plus, but not required
Must be comfortable working on a Mac
Must be a motivated, self starter who can convey their ideas in a professional manner
Strong attention to detail and time management
Demonstrable skills in working in a team environment
Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively
