Office Administrator

- Previous experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position
- excellent knowledge of English
- good knowledge of computer applications ( MS Office, Outlook)
- good organisational and analytical skills
- able to work accurately and with figures
- good communication skills
- good presentation and a pleasant manner

Responsible for providing a full range of secretarial activities and for managing the office administration, such as:
- greet personal and telephone callers
- sort and distribute incoming mail, dispatch outgoing mail
- operate a range of office machines such as photocopies, computers and facsimile machines
- organise business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions
- purchase office supplies and organise the office maintenance

Import and commercialization of some of the most known brands in Romania, such as: Pronto, Glade, Oust, Anitra, Mr Muscolo, Raid, Off!, Stira e Ammira, Baygon, Autan.
