Your profile should be:
- University degree
- At least 5 years relevant experience in sales field; services selling experience would be an advantage
- 2 years experience on a similar management position
- Good command of English language
- Good computer skills - MS Office
- Ability to perform the assigned tasks in a professional manner
- Able to follow the project deadlines and to work under pressure
- Problem solving skills, proactive attitude, flexible and open minded
- Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques
- Professional look
- Driving license is compulsory
- Availability for travelling outside Bucharest

- Identifying possible problems in product selling process and supplying solutions
- Financial market analysis
- Making decisions related to sales and customer information
- Preparing specific reports and analyses
- Attending project management meetings
- Supplying support in recruiting and defining sales team
- Contracts negotiation
- Supervising the collection of commercial contracts
