Sales Manager - web portals

3 to 5 years experience in sales management
1+ years on-line sales experience
Good understanding of the on-line advertising business
Very strong customer focus and strong commercial awareness
Fluency in English and Romanian; outstanding presentation skills in both languages
Ability to work with dead-lines

As a Sales Manager you will:

Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market
Be responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives
Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Contribute on development of the sales department with focus on key customers
Maintain detailed knowledge of company's on-line products and services
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
