CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mandatory Skills:
University Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation or equivalent
3+ years of experience in Test Engineering field
Experience with C/C++ and/or VB programming languages
Knowledge of DFT (design for testability)
Beneficial Skills:
Mixed signal IC verification/ characterization
Experience with VBT-IGXL programming languages
Experience with uFLEX Teradyne testers
General skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Good Knowledge in MS-Office
The ability to enforce and constantly strive to achieve the highest quality results
Team spirit and willingness to cooperate closely with international and cross-functional integrated circuit development teams
Analytical thinking and problems solving skill
Proactive and autonomous working style as well as flexibility for business trips |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
You will be responsible for:
Definition and generation of test concept, test specification and test documentation
Development of Test-Hardware (DUT boards, probe-cards)
Development of quality and cost optimized test packages for production test
Ramp up support and yield optimization |
