Secretary / Translator

Experience as a secretary and office administrator
Familiar with MS Office
Intelligent and able to work independently
Can speak and write English well
Able to write letters when given the outline

- receptionist and secretarial activities as required by the Resident project Manager;
- provide translation of documents from Romanian to English and vice versa (License as Translator would be an advantage);
- assistance in report preparation;
- manage office supplies;
- manage incoming correspondence (receive, register and hand it to the Resident Project Manager who will initial and mark the distribution list)
