IT manager

Required skills:
• 2 years of project Management experience
• Experience managing web application projects that are client- or consumer-facing, rather than internal
• Hands-on experience managing multiple simultaneous software development projects at a time
• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills with all levels
• Excellent presentation skills in both oral and written formats
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to fully understand and define scope of software projects
• Leading project planning
• Ability to produce work estimates and timeframes and development tasks
• Interface with Developers, Designers an Quality Assurance engineers to prioritize tasks

• Highly motivated with keen ability to motivate others
Ability to Work well with internal and external resources from diverse backgrounds.

Role:
This person will lead our Web Development team, prioritize projects and manage the development process of delivering production-ready finished product


Responsabilities:
• Manage and lead the web development staff, provide necessary tools and process
• Estimate the time for the application development activities required for new business applications or modifications to existing business applications
• Define and document best practices, standards, and technology position and provide direction to development staff for business technology projects
• Analyze the financial impact of current operations, technologies, and proposed changes and present options to management.
