| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Technical skills:
- At least one year prior work experience with a network of at least 50 computers.
-General knowledge of basic software configuration ( Windows, Office, Linux )
-Basic network servers knowledge ( DHCP, DNS, WINS )
-Experience with CPanel would be a plus.
Soft skills:
-Strong initiative,
-Team player,
-Good oral and written communications skills. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Technical Support Representative answers the phonecalls and emails from customers around the world. You will work with our customers each day to help identify the source of their problems and offer complete and accurate solutions. You will need to work in a fast-paced environment where customer issues and team priorities are constantly changing.
There will be 12/24, 12/48 shifts
Description:
-Answer phone calls and emails from customers.
-Identify customer questions and offer complete and accurate answers.
-Understand customer problems and provide proactive solutions that exceed customer expectations.
