| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree;
- Basic knowledge of constructions;
- Basic legal and financial knowledge;
- Fluency in English (writing and speaking) is a must;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Communicating effectively with owners, real estate agencies, local authorities and regional development authorities;
- Finds new advantaged real estate sites in line with the retail asset strategy of the company; renews existing/expiring lease contracts;
- Supervises projects (construction) with particular emphasis on quality and completion time;
- Coordinates the suppliers and subcontractors;
- Cooperates closely with Area Sales Managers to achieve best results.
