CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering. Specialization in Computers or Mechanical engineering would be an advantage
2 to 4 years experience in software applications design and development
Good programming background in C++, VC++, COM/DCOM is necessary
Understanding of software design and architecture will be an added advantage
Understanding of software/ product development processes and SDLC
Should have sound analytical skills, and an aptitude for mathematics and complex algorithms
