Production foreman

• University degree (preferably Technical)
• Leadership skills ( motivating & managing a team, initiative, results orientation)
• Planning & organizing skills
• Good command of English language
• PC knowledge ( MS Office)
• Availability to work in shifts

• Monitor and follow up the proper implementation of quality systems and procedures and develop corrective actions so as to secure product quality standards.

• Manage the available resources on a daily basis (people, raw materials and equipment) in order to achieve the targets for production indicators (productivity and scrap).

• Ensure that proper health & safety practices are followed within the production area in order to safeguard compliance with local labour protection and environmental legislation requirements.

• Evaluate, recommend and propose solutions in terms of manpower and work assignments so as to ensure the efficiency of the department.

• Facilitate the implementation of technical projects so as to assist the production of new products as well as product modifications.

• Maintain up-to-date reports regarding the utilization of raw materials, tools and equipment, monitor their circuit between production and warehouse in order to provide accurate data for the monthly inventory.

• Perform regular inspections and take corrective actions, if needed, in order to maintain the housekeeping indices in all areas
