MANAGING DIRECTOR

Responsible for managing the entire production & sales business activity of Flex and LGS. Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, the following departments of the company: finance/accounting, HR, production, purchasing, quality control getting directly involved in leading the sales and marketing function for Flexxelf.
Sets strategic business plans/goals for the company utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods (machines and equipment), and market studies (sales) to achieve high-level profitability through efficient optimization of production, increased sales and customer satisfaction.

With support from appropriate subordinate staff the Managing Director is responsible for directing and overseeing the business activity of the two glass companies, mainly production & sales, as follows:
- Oversees and coordinates production, engineering, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by sr. management of Avrig35.
- Works with other mangers/departments to recommend and implement appropriate changes regarding production, staffing, control, purchasing, sales to support the growth of the company and increase profitability.
- Establishes production plans/priorities and quality control standards, develops budgets and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
- Oversees and coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment, and increase profitability for the company.
- Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems.
- Confers with customers and business representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded sales for private individuals/companies and projects/business customers.
- Implements and executes all marketing strategies for the company and provides leadership to the sales team.
- Reviews operations of competing organizations, and plans and directs sales programs to develop new markets, using sales aids, advertising, promotional programs, and field services.
- Works close with engineering & production department to develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
- With HR support and the management of the company implements appropriate organizational structure and staffing.
- Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees. Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.
- Provides financial/cost/efficiency/sales etc reporting to sr. management on regular basis and updates to CEO/CFO on the general business activity.
- Works close with Managing HR Director, Legal Director and the Finance team to ensure development of production, sales and general business of the factory.
