| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration as a minimum academic preparation
- Master’s degree, preferably in business administration, economics, finance, or risk management
- Relevant experience as Financial Manager 5-7 years, preferable in a production environment
- Must be aware of special tax laws and regulations that affect real estate business
- Creative thinker and problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Applying analytical skills to business ( Strong PC Skills: Excel and MS Office)
- Proficiency in English | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Flexxelf, a leading provider in the glass/termopan industry, has a newly created role in its management team: Finance Manager.
This is a senior level position responsible for managing and supervision of all financial activities of 2 companies (approx 200 employees).
Primary responsibilities for this position include the proper application of financial transactions, management and supervision of finance/accounting team, formal and regular financial reporting of activities to the General Manager and the Chief Financial Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the preparation of financial reports, direct investment activities, and implement cash management strategies and works with all other departments to innovate the reporting of business activities
- Directs the organization’s financial goals, objectives, and budgets; oversees the investment of funds, manages associated risks, supervises cash management activities, executes capital-raising strategies to support firm’s expansion, and makes feasibility studies regarding investments in production, factory space/new constructions on site etc
- Performs data analysis and makes presentations to senior management to maximize profits
- Plans, organizes, controls and evaluates all financial and accounting operations
- Budgets, business modeling and forecasting
- Monitoring performance and efficiency
- Analyzing change and conducts risk assessment
- Participates in strategic planning
- Formulates long-term business plans
- Researches and reports on factors influencing business performance
- Pricing and competitor analysis
- Develops complex finance models to assess and control the financial implications in the production
