CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Flame/ LAEGroup UK is looking for a User Interface Designer with a passion for innovation who enjoys creating the best online user experience possible. This person strives to find the balance between usability and aesthetics and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience with strong creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Design visual interfaces and interaction flows of Web-based applications
* Design and evaluate visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles
* Prototype and implement the user interface design
* Provide design specifications and documents interaction pattern
* Works closely with the product development team to ensures user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the online entity
* Help define the experience strategy, advocate the value of user centered design
* Design the user interaction model, user flow, information architecture and wireframes
* Incorporate guidelines, business requirements and corporate goals into design solutions
* Translate usability research finding into design improvements
