Credit Consultant Manager – Mortgage Brokerage

•Undergraduate education – economy, finance, business administration
•Current experience in a similar role(preferable within the mortgage or banking sector)
•Current experience of building and managing key relationships
•Proven Sales back-ground and the ability to hit targets
•Other qualifications: computer skills and very good English language skills
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, charisma
•Self-organization and multitasking
•Ability to sell company services and inspire customer trust
•Ability to work in a team

This is a supervisory role, the objective being to manage a team of Mortgage loans advisers in order to maximize the business objectives and opportunities, and ensure effective supervision and development of the team. Applicant will be responsible for recruiting and retaining key staff as well as developing business opportunities in core areas via relationships with corporations, developers, estate agencies and solicitors.

•Maximize every sales opportunity and make our partners products the chosen solution
•Have good working knowledge of products and criteria, provide training to brokers
•Keep up-to-date on market knowledge & competitor info
•Advises clients about the best mortgage loans offered by FinZoom’s partnering banks
•Actively assists clients through all loan application stages from collecting all necessary documents to closing the mortgage loan deal.
