HELP DESK OFFICER

In order to successfully perform the functions of a HELP DESK OFFICER, you must have:

- University degree in Economics;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- PC Literate (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Responsible and self-confident person;
- Organized, communicative and sociable:
- Positive attitude

As a HELP DESK OFFICER in the MERCHANT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, you will:

MAIN PURPOSE of the job:
- Represent the Euroline brand image in relationship with merchants and maintain a proffesional business relationship with them

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Handle the incoming calls from Euroline merchants;
- Offer assistance in any POS / imprinter transaction (sale, installment , cancellation of transaction, sending the settlement);
- Provide support in completing / registering and sending the applications through e-check system;
- In charge with delivery and sending: the "Application Form" to the merchants, POS paper, stickers, imprinter slips;
- Closely colaborate with other departments: Sales, IT, Back Office, Merchant Management Team etc.
