| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate has:
Solid experience with Windows XP
Hardware knowledge
Very good English - both written and spoken
Previous experience on similar position is strong advantage

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1. To deliver training to company employees for operative software usage (warehouse & sales management software, accountancy software, company’s site)
2. To support colleagues in cases of software and/or hardware usage difficulties
3. To analyze causes of everyday problems, to undertake measures, or to redirect issues to upper level, if they exceed his/her competences
4. To cooperate system administrators’ team for problem solving, and to ensure smooth flow of ongoing projects
5. To supervise proper usage of technical devises and software
6. To initiate new functionality tasks or modification in existing appliances to correspond to changing business requirements and employees’ duties.
