NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (REF. NO NSM)

The successful candidate must be a confident goal oriented self-starter with the drive to succeed, should possess proven leadership and analytical capabilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent follow-up and organizational skills. We require minimum 2 years sales experience in a similar role; university degree in economics; good working knowledge of MS Office and automotive structure; clean driving license and ability for a frequent travel within the country; good command of English and native Romanian speaker; willing to make a "long-term" commitment - no career-jumper. The position requires a combination of technical knowledge about the products with commercial talent and administrative skills.

You will be based in Bucharest and responsible for the achievement of sales plan and increase of company sales volume in the country. In addition, you will identify the market opportunities and evaluate market trends, potential and competition. You will be responsible for the selection, training, development and supervising of a team of sales representatives. You will work in close collaboration with the Country Manager in Romania and Trade Director in Bulgaria. You will provide regular reports to the Head office in Bulgaria.
