Main responsibilities will be:
- Defining successful strategies for Personnel management, acting as key business partner for company’s targets achievement
- Development and implementation of procedures in the areas of: Recruitment - Attracting and Selection, Personnel administration, Training and Career development, Performance management and Motivation, Internal and External communication, Management consulting

Requirements for the position:
- University degree in related area
- Proven successful background on similar position
- Striving further professional elaboration
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken
- Excellent computer literacy
