| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The successful candidate must be a confident goal oriented self-starter with the drive to succeed, should possess proven leadership and analytical capabilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent follow-up and organizational skills. We require minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; university degree in economics; good working knowledge of MS Office; clean driving license and ability for a frequent travel within the country; good command of English and native Romanian speaker; willing to make a "long-term" commitment - no career-jumper.
Job description:
- To manage the branch in Bucharest efficiently and develop a successful business unit;
- To control all activities of the branch in order to provide a smooth operation of all processes;
- To organise the selection, training, development and evaluation of the personnel performance in the branch;
- To monitor supervise stock management operations;
- To provide regular reports to the management. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Requirements:
- Education relevant to the position;
- Managerial experience and leadership abilities;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Very good computer literacy;
- Clean driving license.
You will be responsible for the selection, training, development and supervising of a team from the branch.. You will work in close collaboration with the Country Manager in Romania. You will provide regular reports to the Head office in Bulgaria.
