The essential attributes for this role are:

Previous experience:
• Experience in service delivery;
• Experience in working on deadlines;
• Fluent in English and German / Dutch

Technical Skills:
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Excel.

Personal Skills:
• Strong analytical and organisational skills;
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• A can do attitude with a passion for customer service delivery;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Able to analyse and solve problems without loosing sight of the objective;
• Capability of handling various projects in parallel.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible and reference for the client bill cycle management:
• Report regularly to the Bureau Account Manager in the customer bill cycle on the set up and validation status;
• Verify and update on a regular basis the availability of bills and the customer bill based on the internal customer priority list;
• Coordinate the service delivery with the Bureau Account Managers;
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with the service delivery team that is a multilingual team based in the UK Office;
• Interact with other departments in order to ensure the correct stream of the information;
• Assist the EU Bureau Services Manager with specific projects, service improvement initiatives and other duties as required;
