Bestseller TV Media is a teleshopping company which specializes in television commercials (infomercials), direct response television advertisements, retail, and much more. It's our job to make others satisfied and to provide innovative and useful products.

As an Administrator (Executive Manager), you’ll have the responsibility to run a small business, in two regions – Romania and Moldova. You will have to take care of everyday responsibilities: contracts, sales, business plans, media plans, retail stores, while informing the head department on a weekly basis. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for motivating and developing people and the company, people who are the best at what they do, and acquire the determination to succeed.

What Will You Do?
• Lead and support the company by focusing on sales, customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Develop business plans, media plans, supply reports, and work on export/import demands for the company with individual goals for each individual and product while being focused on building revenue and controlling expenses.
• Attract, recruit and hire individuals who are superior to those of our competitors.
• Ensure effective training and development of the company’s team.
• Develop and implement a media plan for open slots on TV stations.
• Ensure each product and infomercial provides a consistent and satisfying customer experience.

What are we looking for in a Manager candidate?
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years management experience in retail, sales, television or a related service industry.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to success.
• Proven success in driving sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Computer skills (usage of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
