• Coordination of customized production/promotions
• Give information about the collection, decors and their delivery times
• Taking orders from customer and sales representatives as well as further processing for their local market
• Order processing and planning of deliveries, invoicing, controlling and follow-up orders

• Customer correspondence, maintenance of customer data in SAP, sales documentation, price lists, credit lines per customer and their payment
• Identify the issues of the company and provide solutions for improving the activity
• Review the turnover of the market (BIW)
• Inform the sales office manager as well as the plant manager about changes and occurrences
• Processes and analyse the visit reports (CRM)
