• Fluent Romanian, both spoken and written | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main Responsibilities:
• Recommend and execute annual country sales plan, consistent with the business targets for the country;
• Formulate sales strategy, approach to market and specific value proposition consistent with overall client strategy for the country;
• Manage sales activities and resources within the country according to overall principles and local client needs;
• Lead and manage execution of plans for Key Clients within the country;
• Lead and manage execution of Direct Sales Force Plan and Telesales Plan;
• Recommend product development initiatives driven by knowledge of client needs;
• Drive e-commerce adoption and development amongst clients within the country according to globally set targets;
• Ensure credit policy adhered to and freight outstanding collections meet or exceed agreed targets;
• Manage and develop all direct reports;
| DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Reporting to Eastern Europe Sales Manager, he/she will lead and manage all Line and Logistics Direct Sales and Telesales activities; manage specific Key Clients within Romania; drive overall focus on client needs and support development of self-service channel within the country. The position is based in Bucharest.
